Betsy & Elizabeth bonded during baby-wearing barre class over their passion for fitness, their families and business. Over the last few years they found that with pregnancies, postpartum care and starting to just get older (tough to admit!), they had to give up some of our favorite workouts because they were just too tough on their bodies. And they had not found a great replacement for the heart-pounding, lung burning workouts they loved. Their search brought them back to the rowing machine, and their rowing days from college. Because rowing is both incredibly intense and super low impact. And maybe the best part? It’s a team sport – so you have a built in network of teammates urging you to push yourself to the limit and a workout buddy or two that you can partner with to race the pair next to you. Game. On.
