About Us

OUR STORY

Our friendship began during baby-wearing barre class as we bonded over our passion for fitness, our families and business.   Over the last few years we found that with pregnancies, postpartum care and starting to just get older (tough to admit!), we had to give up some of our favorite workouts because they were just too tough on our bodies. And we both had not found a great replacement for the heart-pounding, lung burning workouts we loved. Our search brought us back to the rowing machine, and our rowing days from college. Because rowing is both incredibly intense and super low impact. And maybe the best part? It’s a team sport – so you have a built in network of teammates urging you to push yourself to the limit and a workout buddy or two that you can partner with to race the pair next to you. Game. On.

Before packing up and heading west to Denver, we had to get one with all the kids (though they don’t seem particularly thrilled)
